YOUR DAY

• Lead and grow the geotechnical engineering department
• Oversee land development and municipal engineering services
• Manage structural, transportation, geotechnical, surveying, construction inspection, and other kinds of projects

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

• Bachelor's degree in geology or civil engineering (ABET-accredited program)
• Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey
• 12+ years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing large-scale sub-surface investigation programs
• Experience with foundation design, soil stability analysis, and related lab testing, contract preparation, and project management responsibilities
• Business development and client relationship experience
• Strong communication, data management, and technical writing skills
• Valid driver's license
