Overview

An established UK-based organisation delivering technical and engineering-led services across construction, infrastructure, and the built environment is seeking a Site Engineer to join its geo-technical team. Operating nationwide, the business supports a wide range of projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, and practical delivery on site.

This is a fully site-based role, ideal for a Site Engineer with 6 to 12 months' experience who is looking to develop hands-on skills within site investigations and civil engineering works, working closely with experienced engineers on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the delivery of site investigations and day-to-day site operations

Support senior engineers with planning, organisation, and supervision of site activities

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards

Maintain clear communication with office-based teams and site management

Contribute to site records, reporting, monitoring, and technical documentation

Skills & Experience Required

6 to 12 months' experience in a site engineering or site investigation role

Degree-qualified in Earth Sciences, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Basic understanding of site engineering practices and project delivery

Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental compliance

Well organised, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a site team
