Renewable Service Engineer (Generators) - Ampthill
Our client, based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Renewable Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role requires a strong working knowledge of solar and renewable energy systems, along with experience in generators, electrical systems, and diesel-powered equipment.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, health checks, MPBA Electrical and Solar PV Testing, in line with company guidelines and legislative requirements (mandatory MPBA & Solar PV training will be provided).
* Install and set up renewable products at customer sites.
* Complete site handovers, working alongside the Product Support team to ensure successful installation and providing coaching to site team members on equipment use and maintenance.
* Sign off completed sites, ensuring all equipment is fully operational and that site agents are confident in managing and maintaining systems.
* Perform repairs on renewable products as required.
Skills & Experience Required
* 18th Edition Electrical qualified
* MBPA Level I & II certified
* Earthing & Bonding qualified
* Solar Photovoltaic (PV) certification
* Proven experience working with generators and diesel systems
* Driving Licence required
