$75,000–$90,000 base + performance incentives

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and accountability
- Help hire, onboard, and grow talent across roles
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture
Drive Business Performance
- Set and manage goals across operations, customer service, and maintenance
- Lead team meetings, manage schedules, and align people to goals
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve processes
- Oversee and manage projects
Own the Outcome
- Be the final point of escalation for customer, , or owner issues
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure maintenance excellence
- Ensure standards and procedures are followed across the board

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a team leadership or general management role
- Experience coaching, hiring, and managing people
- Proficient in using software systems and learning new tools
- Comfortable managing to P&L and business performance metrics
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Some college (not required for strong candidates)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
