General Maintenance Worker (Urgent Hiring)

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Worker to perform routine building and equipment maintenance. This role ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational through basic repairs, inspections, and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, doors, and fixtures
• Complete routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of work areas
• Assemble furniture and move items as needed
• Support external contractors during specialized repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
