Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment, buildings, and facilities
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry tasks as directed

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience
• Basic knowledge of repair techniques and use of hand/power tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
