Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Complete drywall patching and painting
- Walk and inspect vacant units, documenting conditions and needed repairs
- Assist with preparing apartments for new
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property environment
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance or apartment technician experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
