Position Overview

The General Maintenance Laborer will support a wide variety of construction and maintenance projects, including new home builds, property turns, repairs, and installations. This role requires a motivated, hands-on individual who can work across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in new build construction projects and home renovations.

• Perform property turns by repairing and preparing homes for new .

• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic appliance issues.

• Install cabinets, flooring, and other fixtures.

• Perform painting, drywall, and finishing work.

• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs and installations.

• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.

• Follow company and safety procedures on all projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential construction or general maintenance .

• Skilled in a variety of trades including carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical.

• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
