Job Overview:
We are hiring multiple General Laborers, Forklift Operators, and Construction Workers to support an accelerated project in Lubbock. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in construction, material handling, or general labor and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow direction are key.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, material handling, and jobsite tasks
• Operate forklifts or basic equipment (if qualified)
• Load, unload, and stage materials
• Support construction and electrical crews as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and project instructions

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of general labor, construction, or related experience
• Forklift experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
