Job DescriptionJob Description

Craftsmen Contractors is hiring Construction General Laborers for the Meridian, Mississippi area. This is for a new commercial construction project. The work schedule is working day shifts from Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position. Weekly pay by direct deposit.

Pay is $15/hour.

Job Requirements and Duties:

• You need to have ALL PPE and be able to get to the job site.
• 1 year of Construction General Labor experience required.
• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of the job site.
• Follow instructions from Supervisors or more experienced workers.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools effectively
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Supervisors or more experienced workers
