Schedule: 50+ hours per week

Pay: DBA Prevailing Wage Project – $30.30/hr + $13.45/hr Fringe

Position Overview:
Finish Line Staffing is seeking General Laborers to join a solar project in Albion, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with general construction experience who are looking for steady work, strong pay, and overtime potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

• Support skilled tradesmen on solar installation tasks

• Perform general labor duties as directed by supervisors

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Some general construction experience required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Must be available for 50+ hours per week
