We are looking for a motivated and reliable Construction General Laborer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labor tasks related to construction projects. This role requires strong physical ability and will involve working with various materials, tools, and machines. Key Responsibilities

- Follow instructions from the construction site supervisor or foreman

- Unload and carry materials to and from the construction site

- Assist in preparing sites for construction

- Clean and clear construction sites

- Dig holes, trenches, and foundations

- Assist in erecting scaffolding and ladders

- Erect and dismantle temporary structures

- Remove debris and waste material

- Operate light machinery as directed

- Assist in the installation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Perform general maintenance and minor repair work

- Willingness to learn to read and understand blueprints and other construction documents

- Follow safety protocols and regulations

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Must hold US Citizenship

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items

- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Must be able to follow directions and work safely

- Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights

- Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools

- Must be knowledgeable in basic safety and construction procedures

- Must have the ability to work well with others in a team environment

- Must have basic math skills and be able to understand measurements and calculations

- Willing to learn construction

- Must be able to understand and comply with safety regulations
