Talent Corps is seeking reliable General Laborers to join our pipeline for upcoming projects in the San Antonio, TX area! If you are a hard worker looking for consistent, temporary work with competitive pay, we want to hear from you.

About the Role: We are building our talent pipeline for various commercial and residential projects across the San Antonio metro area. These are temporary assignments, typically lasting a few weeks to several months, offering consistent work for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• General site cleanup and debris removal

• Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.)

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment

• Digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects

• Performing basic tasks as directed by the site supervisor

• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience on a construction site is a plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Must own and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a hard hat, safety vest, work boots, and gloves

• Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the San Antonio area

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Details:

• Job Type: Temporary / Contract

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some variation may occur based on project needs)

• Pay Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience and project)

• Location: San Antonio, TX Metro Area
