General Construction Worker in Union

Roper Staffing is currently hiring a General Laborer for a local construction company in Union, SC. We are seeking dependable candidates with previous construction or general labor experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (most weeks) 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with construction projects and job site setup/cleanup 
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment 
• Operate hand and power tools safely 
• Dig trenches, move materials, and perform physical labor as needed 
• Support skilled workers with daily tasks 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Follow all company safety procedures and directions 

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience required 
• Valid driver’s license required 
• Reliable transportation  
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
