About Us:
TEC Electric LLC is a licensed general contracting firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Since 2005, we've proudly served the Southeast—NC, SC, VA, TN, AL, and GA—delivering high-quality, on-time commercial and industrial construction projects. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced General Construction Superintendent to join our Charlotte team and help drive successful, safe, and efficient project execution.

What You'll Do:
As the on-site leader, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring each project stays on track, meets quality expectations, and aligns with our commitment to safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and crew coordination

• Enforce compliance with all safety standards and building codes

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects

• Manage equipment, materials, and subcontractors to optimize workflow

• Prepare accurate daily progress reports and address issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial construction experience, with strong supervisory background (civil experience is a plus)

• Effective leadership and clear written and communication skills

• OSHA 30 certification

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural blueprints and technical documents (some MEP blueprint reading is a plus)

• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
