General Construction Project Superintendent

Job Description

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to motivate, lead, and manage various construction teams and subcontractors.

• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, architects, project managers, and other team members.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Raken, Buildertrend).

• Organizational Skills: Strong time management, planning, delegation, and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
