Job Summary
General Construction Laborers needed for various upcoming projects. All levels of experience and different trades are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials as needed
• Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills and attention to safety procedures
• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Reliable transportation is required
