This General Construction role involves a variety of hands-on tasks such as drywall installation, framing, flooring, and concrete work. The position primarily focuses on residential construction, renovations, and remodeling projects within small teams of 1-3 workers. The role requires independent work and occasional travel between multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install drywall including taping and finishing
• Perform framing for walls, floors, and ceilings
• Install various types of flooring materials
• Complete trim work and door installation
• Handle concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
• Prepare job sites and manage materials efficiently
• Coordinate and work independently within a small team
• Travel occasionally between multiple job sites

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general construction
• Skilled in drywall installation and framing
• Experience with concrete pouring and finishing
• Knowledge of various flooring installation techniques
• Strong carpentry skills
