We are currently seeking a General Construction and Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Projects include painting, siding repairs, concrete replacement, fence installation, framing repairs, landscaping, drainage installation, foundation repairs, and concrete slab jacking.
• We provide many different services to our customers located in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, remodeling, or construction trades
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Detail-oriented, reliable, willing to learn and perform tasks to our company standards.
