Position Overview:

We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as General Construction Workers and Equipment Operators. The ideal candidates will have experience working on construction sites, operating various types of heavy equipment, and performing a wide range of manual labor tasks to support project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, demolition, loading and unloading materials, and cleanup.

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other machinery safely and efficiently.

• Assist with building, repairing, and maintaining structures according to specifications.

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in general construction and equipment operation preferred.

• Osha 10 Construction preferred, not required

• Valid driver’s license and means of transportation is a MUST

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to read and follow instructions and work well in a team.

• Must be dependable and punctual.

• Must have clean background
