Salary range: up to £60,000 (offer based on experience)
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Gas Repair Engineer, youll be key to ensuring our customers safety and satisfaction with your high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out day-to-day repairs with efficiency and skill
Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and effectively
Completing annual servicing visits to keep systems in top shape
Striving to meet first-time fix targets
Maintaining the highest quality standards on every job
Ensuring customer satisfaction is always a top priority
Communicating any delays promptly with both the contact centre and the customer
Who Were Looking For:
We need someone who is experienced, reliable, and passionate about providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have:
Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
A full UK driving licence (with less than 6 points)
Experience in Social Housing (not essential, but beneficial)
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to engage and work well with a diverse range of customers
