Job Description Join Keylr network as a Freelance Gas Safety Engineer! Are you a Gas Safe registered Engineer with a passion for safety and quality? Join Keylr , a fast-growing platform supporting property managers with essential compliance services.
We're expanding our network of freelance professionals and are looking for qualified Gas Engineers to carry out Domestic Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) inspections across London. In this role, you'll inspect gas appliances, systems, and flues to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards - and issue official CP12 certificates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Gas Safety (CP12) inspections in line with current legislation and Gas Safe requirements Inspect boilers, cookers, fires, flues, and pipework for functionality and safety Complete and issue CP12 certificates with accurate reporting Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and agents as needed Ensure all work is carried out to high standards of safety and compliance Requirements What You'll Need: Active Gas Safe Registration Appropriate qualifications (e.g. ACS Domestic Gas ) Own tools and equipment Valid Public Liability Insurance Experience conducting domestic CP12 inspections Reliable, professional and confident in communicating with clients Benefits Job Type: Freelance Location: On the road (across London and surrounding areas) Why Work with Keylr?
