We're currently working with a well-established and growing facilities management business that is looking to add an experienced Gas Install Engineer to their team covering Bournemouth/Poole and the surrounding areas.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an install engineer who wants consistent, year-round work - not just seasonal peaks - with the backing of long-term contracts across social housing and private properties. \nIf you're looking for stability, realistic workloads, and proper support on installs, this role offers exactly that.\n\nThe Role\n\nCarrying out 1-day boiler swaps (like-for-like)\nFull heating system installations and replacements\nHeating conversions\nRadiator and pipework installations\nCommissioning systems and completing compliance paperwork\nThe majority of work is straightforward installs, with additional support provided on larger projects.

\nWhat They're Looking For\n\nProven experience completing boiler installations\nACS qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1\nStrong mechanical ability\nFull UK driving licence\nProfessional and customer-focused approach\nDesirable:\n\nG3 / Unvented\nNVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating\nExperience within social housing\nPackage\n\n£46,000 - £49,000 basic salary\nOptional standby rota (approx. 1 in 5) - 2.5k OTE\nOvertime available\nCompany van and fuel card\nMilwaukee install kit provided\nSupport provided on larger installs\nPrivate healthcare\n21 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)\nOption to buy additional leave\n£500 referral bonus\nPension scheme\nEmployee wellbeing support\nCycle to Work scheme\nThere are also opportunities to upskill into renewables, including ASHP training, for engineers looking to future-proof their skillset.\n\nINDHP
