Job Description

Nuco Solutions are currently working with a Leading Social Housing contractor, looking for an experienced domestic Service engineer to join their team in Watford and Surrounding on a subcontract basis.\nYour key tasks and responsibilities will be :\n * Service domestic gas appliances and boilers\n * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation\n * Maintain and monitor the supply, stock, and use of materials\n * Act as a liaison between and internal teams to promptly resolve any property-related issues\n * Report any non-compliance or process failures to management\nKnowledge, skills and experience required for this role :\n * Previous experience as a gas engineer (minimum of 5 years)\n * Excellent customer service skills\n * Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 and CENWAT\n * Experience in social housing (minimum of 3 years)\nJob Types: Contract\nExperience:\n * Heating: 5 years (required)\n * Social Housing (3 years)\nLicence/Certification:\n * ACS (required)\n * Driving Licence (required)\nWork Location: On the road
