Job DescriptionGas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer. A London based facilities management firm need a Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber to join the team and carry out plumbing, heating and mechanical works across domestic and commercial properties in London. The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber role will involve installations, repairs, maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer responsibilities include: Install, repair and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systems Carry out fault finding and diagnose system issues Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works Carry out testing and commissioning Complete accurate job records and reports Work in accordance with Health and Safety procedures and risk assessments Liaise professionally with clients and colleagues Participate in the out of hours call out rota when required The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber will need: Proven domestic and commercial experience NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent Gas Safe Registered - Domestic and Commercial Strong fault finding and problem solving Full UK Driving Licence The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber salary is £50-65k + company vehicle + pension etc You will need to do a DBS check for this position.
