The Opportunity
Regen Solutions are working on behalf of a well-established and reputable contractor within the social housing sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer. This is a field-based role covering Exeter and nearby areas, focused on service and repair (S&R) work within occupied residential properties.

The Role

- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas appliances and heating systems
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently on a first-time fix basis where possible
- Deliver high standards of work within social housing environments
- Ensure full compliance with gas safety regulations and company procedures
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation

Candidate Requirements

- Current Gas Safe registration
- Strong background in domestic service and repair
- OFTEC qualification (essential)
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Strong customer-facing skills
