They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract. Contract Details: Location: Within 45 mins of Croydon Contract: Southern Housing Work Type: Boiler Installations Gas Boiler Type: Likely installing Vaillant or Ideal Contract Property Portfolio: The portfolio is a combination of both houses and flats, BUT significantly more flats/apartments than houses. Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week Contract Length: 6 months+ Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears Agreed Install inductions for contractors will take place w/c 5th October Rates: Labour only – all materials supplied Install Heating Work Type Contractor Pay Rate Gas Boiler Replacement £340 7 Radiator Replacement £299.20 Full Pipework Replacement £299.20 Oil Boiler Replacement £680 Electric Boiler Replacement £340 Key Benefits: * Work booked within 45 minute radius of Croydon * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices * Parking permit provided * Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated) * Full PPE and kit provided. * Long-term contract Requirements: * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires) * Panel Van (plain or sign written) * Gas Safe Registration * Clean DBS Check * No more than 6 points on Driving Licence * Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser * £2m Public Liability Insurance If you would like some further information, please apply using an up to date CV and one of the team will be in touch
