Job Description

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\nThey have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the CV postcode area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract.\nThe Role:\n * Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)\n * Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.\nRequirements:\n * 3 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer\n * Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.\n * ACS qualifications incl. CKR1 & HTR1\n * Full UK Driving Licence\nThe Package:\n * 8 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday\n * Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.\n * Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum\n * Overtime paid at time and a half door to door\n * Call out 1 week in 4 paid at £400.00 per week guaranteeing an additional £5,200 per annum\n * OTE £50,000+ per annum\n * 20 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)\n * Pension Scheme\nTo apply for this vacancy please use an up-to-date CV and one of our team will be in touch.\nHeating, Gas, Engineer, Service, Repair, Breakdown
