Job Description
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.\nThey require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Midland Heart Housing Association.\nContract Details:\nLocation: Birmingham, Coventry or Leicester\nContract: Midland Heart Housing Association\nWork Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs\nCommitment: Ideally 5 days per week - Minimum of set 3 days per week\nContract Length: Ongoing\nPayment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.\nRates:\n * £23.48 per landlord gas safety check\n * £30.44 per completed repair\nKey Benefits:\n * Work within a small radius\n * Weekly pay – no chasing invoices\n * Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)\n * All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system.\n * Full PPE and kit provided.\n * Long-term ongoing contract\nRequirements:\n * 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer\n * ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)\n * Panel Van (plain or sign written)\n * Gas Safe Registration\n * Clean DBS Check\n * No more than 6 points on Driving Licence\n * Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser\n * £2m Public Liability Insurance\n * No unspent criminal convictions\nIf you would like some further information, please apply with your updated CV and/or contact details and we will be in touch
