What Youll Do

• Operate and monitor the Garnett machine to process fiber materials.
• Perform quality checks (weight, texture, contamination).
• Adjust machine settings for efficiency and accuracy.
• Keep your work area safe and clean.
• Perform basic maintenance and report issues quickly.
• Complete production and inspection records.

What Were Looking For

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 13 years of manufacturing experience .
• Garnett or fiber-processing machinery experience strongly .
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-noise, fiber-heavy production environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching.
