Location:\nMobile role covering various sites across South West London & Surrey\nA company van is provided.\n⏰ Working Hours:\nMonday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30\nFull-time, permanent\nStart date: ASAP\n Salary:\nUp to £35,000, depending on experience\n28 days holiday including bank holidays\nUniform, PPE, and relevant training provided\n About the Role:\nWe are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Gardener to maintain beautiful gardens and external spaces across a prestigious client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about horticulture and garden care, with an eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.\n ️ Key Responsibilities:\n * \n General and specialist horticultural tasks\n * \n Lawn care and seasonal gardening duties\n * \n Pruning, trimming, and tending to beds, borders, and containers\n * \n Sweeping and maintaining hard surfaces and outdoor furniture\n * \n Cleaning water features and basic irrigation system maintenance\n * \n Ground clearance and plant health monitoring\n * \n Chemical applications (PA1 & PA6 desirable)\n * \n Safe operation of tools and machinery (training provided)\n✅ Requirements:\n * \n Horticultural qualification ()\n * \n Proven experience in high-end domestic and/or commercial gardening\n * \n Excellent plant knowledge and maintenance skills\n * \n Full, clean UK driving licence (required for mobile round)\n Desired Qualities:\n * \n Enthusiastic, cooperative, and team-oriented\n * \n Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks\n * \n Strong attention to detail and time management\n * \n Professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic\n * \n Willingness to learn and undertake additional training
