This skillset will be needed for a future engagement that includes implementing Oracle Health clinical solutions for a Federal/State/Local Government Client. Prior project management experience for an OH implementation is required.***
As a member of the Federal practice, the Project Manager will work on an implementation of Oracle Health Millennium and related technologies for a federal/state/local government client and:
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in an assigned project (including but not limited to project schedules, budgets, risk lists, communication plans, travel planning, and lessons learned)
- Manages and directs efforts of cross-competency teams
- Accounts for and reports manpower status for team/site
- Prepares progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones in accordance with communication plan
- Supports team's delivery of services for project effort to include testing and risk management
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the functions listed above, this role will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
- Support projects with a goal of delivering on time, on budget, and with positive and measurable outcomes
- Monitor project health for assigned area(s); identify, document, mitigate, or escalate issues as needed
- Maintain detailed application/area plan; maintain risk/decision trackers
- Complete build plan and effort estimates, and maintain detailed build and workflow documentation
- Act as a positive change agent during organizational change management (OCM) process
- Shepherd project-specific content through approval and migration process
- Organize and maintain internal status reporting and progress tracking across program workstreams
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience
- Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation program management experience required
- Federal program management experience strongly
- 5 years of related experience required
- Bachelor’s degree required (or 9+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree)
- Strong Excel/data skills required
- U.S. with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
Additional Details
- Works remotely with approximately 25-50% travel required
- Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off.
