Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Custodian

We are looking for a self-motivated Maintenance Custodian.  You must be a team player. Central Alarm offers an excellent working environment, with benefits that include partially paid medical, paid training, and vacations.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Minor maintenance and repair tasks (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Trash and recycling removal
• Exterior upkeep (sweeping walkways, minor landscaping tasks)
• Reporting major repairs or safety hazards to management
• Occasional errands or supply runs

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance work ()
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be dependable and punctual

As Central Alarm works on many government applications, a full background check will be required, and a drug screen will be required, and you must have a good driving record.

Full-time hours, Monday through Friday.

Position is available immediately.
