The FTTH Install Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The supervisor will also troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the installation team to ensure timely and quality completion of FTTH projects.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to installation technicians, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
• Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and report status updates to upper management.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive installation experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of FTTH technology and installation processes.
• Knowledge of local and telecommunications regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for managing diverse teams.
• Technical skills in FTTH installation processes to provide guidance and troubleshooting support.

• Organizational skills for managing schedules, resources, and documentation.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in telecommunications or related field .
• Proven experience supervising installation teams, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
• Certification in fiber optics installation or related technical certifications.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
