FT PORTER/MAINTENANCE $20/HR

Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30PM

REQUIRED: Janitorial / Commercial Office Cleaning experience
REQUIRED: Black Seal License

Scope of work includes:
Sweeping / Mopping / Vacuuming
General Cleaning: Dusting/wiping down furniture, baseboards, walls, fixtures
Cleaning and Disinfect all common touchpoints
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Re-Stock restroom supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)
Dispose and Remove trash from bins and containers
Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and counters
Report repairs and replacements needed, as encountered
General tasks and light maintenance: painting, basic repair work, light plumbing and electric.
Perform detailed deep cleans, when required
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products

Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate clearly in English (read, write)
Must be able to lift 30-35 lbs (boxes and garbage bags)
Must be detail oriented and able to follow cleaning schedule
Must be able to follow verbal directions and instructions
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time
Must have reliable transportation to arrive to job site
