Job Description

We are currently recruiting a freelance Site Manager to start immediately in Birmingham city centre. The project involves groundworks for a new build commercial unit.\n\nRole details:\n\n• Position: Freelance Site Manager\n\n• Duration: Till Project is completed\n\n• Location: Birmingham\n\n• Start Date: Immediately\n\n• Sector: Main Contractor\n\nRequirements:\n\n• Proven experience with groundworks\n\n• Must have in date Black CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid\n\n• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n• Oversee day to day operations\n\n• Ensure program is on track\n\n• Co-ordinate trades and civils contractors\n\n• Daily site reports\n\n• Monitor H&S compliance including toolbox talks and audits
