We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager / Project Manager to support agile teams and ensure smooth, transparent, and successful project delivery. This hybrid role combines agile coaching, delivery coordination, project steering, and cross-department stakeholder management — no programming experience required.
You will work in a collaborative, agile, cross-functional environment. Fluent German is mandatory due to intensive communication with business and technical stakeholders. Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage agile processes using Scrum and/or Kanban
• Lead all core agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Sprint Planning
• Act as a servant leader, supporting teams and removing impediments
• Oversee Delivery Manager / Project Manager tasks, including managing timelines, milestones, and cross-team dependencies
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, architects, business units, and external/internal stakeholders
• Ensure transparency through structured progress reporting, risk tracking, and status updates
• Drive continuous improvement and help teams optimize delivery and collaboration
• Ensure that project goals, quality, and delivery commitments are met
• Support cross-department communication and alignment to maintain efficient workflows
• Take responsibility for delivery reliability and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence
• No programming experience required — the role is focused entirely on agility, delivery, and communication
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German (spoken & written) — mandatory for daily communication and alignment
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong plus
• Structured, proactive working style with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment
• Willingness to be on-site (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in large enterprises or scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe)
• Experience coordinating distributed or multi-location teams
• Understanding of common IT delivery processes and workflows
• Knowledge of release management and risk management
