Freelance Quantity Surveyor in Greenwich, Greater London

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working with a specialist Strip Out and Enabling Works Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for both estimating and surveying functions within the business.



Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit tenders for new projects.



*



Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of delivery.



*



Manage subcontractor orders and variations.



*



Prepare valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.



*



Ensure compliance with JCT contract requirements.



*



Support the project team with commercial and financial guidance.



Requirements:



*



Proven experience in enabling works or strip out projects (preferable).



*



Strong knowledge of JCT Contracts.



*



Experience in both estimating and surveying roles.



*



Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



*



Excellent communication and organisational skills.



*



Proficiency with estimating and cost management software
