Founding Product Design Engineer

Job Description

A San Francisco-based seed-stage robotics company is seeking a founding product design engineer to help rapidly iterate new prototypes for quadrupedal robotic service dogs for the blind.

In this role you'll own the physical form.

What you'll do:

• Mechanical architecture and surfacing
• Rapid prototyping
• Simulation hand-off
• Character motion tooling
• Design for hand assembly
• Organise supply chains
• Cross-functional collaboration

We're looking for people who are passionate about designing with both functionality and aesthetics at the forefront.
