The ideal candidate will have experience operating Fosber machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. * Proven experience operating Fosber machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment. * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operating manuals. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. * Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
