Requirements:
- 2-3 years as a Responsible Engineer or Design Reliability Engineer at an elite aerospace startup with full life-cycle ownership solving the hardest problems, like SpaceX
- 2-3 years in a commercial role that is customer facing (e.g mission management/Sales/FDE)
- Demonstrates autonomy and self-direction in problem-solving, able to identify underlying issues beyond initial feedback
- Proactively develops and implements effective solutions to address identified challenges
- Embraces an iterative and action-focused approach, prioritizing tangible results over theoretical discussions
- Possesses a commercially minded perspective, with a strong drive for closing significant deals and expanding partnerships
Mission:Your mission is to accelerate development at leading space, automotive, and nuclear companies. Your work will directly impact their ability to deliver products faster, shaping the future of space and energy. Our client is pioneering a new approach to systems engineering. This role will help shape engineering practices, significantly influencing multiple industries and ultimately transforming the course of humanity. You will do this by helping customers:
- Understand and adopt Agile Systems Engineering.
- Upgrade their systems engineering processes.
- Enable their teams to effectively use the tool
- Promote Agile Systems Engineering practices and provide expert guidance on optimal workflows.
- Maximize the benefits of the tool through effective communication and implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and refine the rollout plan, including creating importers, providing assistance, and developing training materials.
This is a deeply impactful and cross-functional role. It’s a mix of customer advisory, engineer, support, and product manager. You will help customers understand the software and our client understand potential improvements in the tool. You will be both advising and building.
As the first USA hire, you will help define the company culture, speed and be involved in building out the team. The level and title of this role is flexible.

- You will work out an activation playbook to grow the wider customer engineering function
