What You'll Do

• Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and material handling equipment
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and engine systems
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, tire service, and brake adjustments
• Conduct safety checks and performance testing
• Maintain detailed records of service and parts
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Adhere to OSHA protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians
• Keep up with new technologies and tools in the industry
  
  

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications )
• Experience repairing forklifts or similar mechanical equipment

• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout Arizona
• Valid drivers license (CDL a plus), acceptable driving record
• Basic personal tool set; specialized tools provided by company
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in hot, cold, and variable outdoor environments
• Willingness to respond to occasional emergency or after-hours service calls
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks safely
