This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on coordinating teams, ensuring quality work, and keeping projects on schedule. What You’ll Do • Supervise and support multiple crews working on concrete, utility, and road construction. • Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and materials across job sites. • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. • Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure all work meets standards. • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
