About the Role\n We are seeking a highly skilled Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestigious contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple high-profile sites in Central London (Zones 1-2).\n\nThe role involves visiting 4-5 locations over the course of a typical week, with fixed attendance at key sites and occasional emergency visits outside of London during standard working hours.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDeliver planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites.\n\nCarry out mechanical, plumbing, and electrical tasks to a high standard.\n\nOperate and interrogate Building Management Systems (BMS).\n\nSupport business-critical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards.\n\nConduct water management tasks in line with L8 requirements.\n\nWork independently, managing time effectively across multiple sites.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nMinimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical or plumbing discipline.\n\nCompleted apprenticeship or recognised technical training programme.\n\nCompetent in electrical isolation and familiar with BS7671 industry standards.\n\nProven experience working in similar prestigious environments (minimum 1 year).\n\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services, including HV & AC and water systems treatment.\n\nExperience with L8 water management.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and support business-critical services.\n\nBenefits\n\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n2x life cover\n\nPaid travel within Zones 1-2\n\nRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
