Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the M&E Sales Manager and Executive Chef to maximise revenue, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive departmental profitability.

Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage operations

Ensure exceptional service standards in all outlets
\n

Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team
\n

Collaborate with Sales and Kitchen teams to optimise revenue opportunities

Control costs while maximising profitability
\n
- \n
Act as the figurehead of F&B operations within the hotel
\n

\nAbout You\n

Proven F&B management experience in a 4-star London hotel or above

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Guest-focused with a passion for service excellence

Commercially aware with proven success in revenue growth and cost control
