FM Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) \n\n£50,000-£60,000 + Benefits\n\nLocation: Central London\n Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nAre you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of varied and challenging projects across commercial, retail, public, and private sectors? We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Services to join a forward-thinking team delivering excellence across Central London.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the full lifecycle of maintenance and remedial projects. You'll ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage engineers and specialist sub-contractors to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.\n\nOversee PPM schedules and ensure timely delivery of remedial works.\n\nMaintain and enforce Health & Safety procedures across all projects.\n\nLiaise with client site managers and key stakeholders.\n\nMonitor project quality, compliance, and progress against targets.\n\nPrepare and issue progress reports and project trackers.\n\nRecord, value, and report on additional or remedial works.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nA recognised trade qualification or apprenticeship (Mechanical or Electrical ).\n\nAt least 5 years' experience in a similar role.\n\nStrong computer literacy and excellent communication skills.\n\nProven ability to deliver work to the highest standards
