The role exists to provide supervision and performance of Offshore Fluids & Cement Supervisors, including provision of adequate onshore technical support and operational guidance.

3. Experience Requirements

• Total Experience Required: A minimum of 7 years
• Relevant Experience Required: Offshore drilling fluids and cementing operations
• Industry-Specific Experience: Good working knowledge of internal and external rules, standards, and procedures in the fluids and environmental areas

4. Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree (as a minimum) in a technical major
• Certifications:
  • Drilling and Completion Fluids and Well Cementing Training Certification from reputable organizations (preferred)
  • Valid IWCF (surface)
  • BOSIET
  • H2S (OPITO)

5. Responsibilities and Skills

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance of Fluids & Cement activities with HSE, environmental, and operational company standards.
  • Drive optimization of Fluids & Cement engineering, well design, and operations to maximize operational efficiency and performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of rotational Fluids Supervisors, ensuring high competency and consistent performance.

• Technical & Domain Skills:

  • Experience in Drilling Engineering & Simulation Software
  • Experience in Drilling Data Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
