Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a skilled Floating Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties across our Western Pennsylvania, including Pittsburgh, Bellevue, Moon Township, South Hills, and Mt. Lebanon. This person supports on-site teams by helping them complete turnovers and work orders.

Pay and Benefits

• $24-27/hour, weekly
• Full-time

Responsibilities

• Turnovers/make-readies
• Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
• Preventative maintenance
• Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Personal and reliable mode of transportation
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
• Safely utilize power tools
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
