POSITION: Floating Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Columbia MO- Cross Creek Villas, The Falls, Residences, & Four Winds

Responsibilities:

• Lead a maintenance team in maintaining a multifamily asset.
• Complete resident work orders promptly.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal) Required
• CPO
• Experience as a multifamily Maintenance Supervisor - minimum 3 years
