Requirements Validation and Verification Development:

• Review 777-9 Flight Control requirements against new 777-8F program requirement attributes in accordance with program Development Assurance process documentation.
• This would involve assessing the requirements against airplane and system level changes to identify whether they should be classified as changed/affected or unchanged.
• This would involve assessing the requirements against program-level guidance to identify whether they should be classified as functional or nonfunctional.
• This would involve assessing the requirements against the systems safety analysis and program-level guidance to identify whether they should be classified as safety applicable or nonapplicable – including a reference to the location in the safety analysis that drove the need for each safety applicable requirement.
• Assess and determine the verification method for any changed/affected requirements.
• This would also include making the necessary updates to the new attributes within DOORS and reviewing the results with the Boeing technical team
